  • Alteryx designer solution design such as hands-on installation/configuration, customization, and deployment
  • Installing, configuring and maintaining Hyperion Planning (Oracle EPM) software stack; at least 7+ years of dedicated infrastructure experience or equivalent across a longer time period
  • Installing and configuring APEX, Oracle RDMS and OAM/OIM
  • Developing and maintaining ETL solutions with some experience using ODI as the ETL tool

Solutions Designers

  • Experience leading and directing the technical tasks of a complex software delivery team (7+ project resources)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the end to end delivery of an Agile (Scrum) project
  • Prior experience as a Lead Full-Stack Developer
  • Demonstrated .NET, Azure and Javascript experience on enterprise projects

Business Analysts

  • Business Cases, Business Requirements Document, other Business Architecture artefacts, Enterprise Architecture artefacts and assisting Solution designer/architect in the preparation of technical artefacts, including technical design
  • First level of triaging support for business and technical SMEs in identifying design gaps from testing cycles and production in a Business Analyst role
  • Configuring Salesforce or similar CRM products, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
  • Experience as a Business Analyst for an IT healthcare project

Project Managers

  • Experienced in software development projects

DBAs

  • Microsoft Azure technologies, including CI/CD pipeline, Azure DevOps, automation, storage account, file share, Azure key vault, Azure portal, and Azure monitoring tools

System Analysts

  • UX/UI, translating concepts into wireframes, low- and high-fidelity mock-ups that lead to intuitive user experiences providing a rough outline of the screen and outlining key activities
  • Experience utilizing Sketch
  • Java EE frameworks extensively (Java, EJB, JPA, JSP, Servlets, JDBS, and JNDI)
  • Citrix, MS Active Directory
  • Web/Application Servers: WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, TomCat, Microsoft IIS, container platforms and technologies (e.g. OpenShift/Docker) industry-leading laaS/PaaS Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)

Data Scientists/Engineers

  • SQL, data mining, statistical analysis, statistical models and algorithms on machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, artificial intelligence, behavioral economics, statistics and statistical models, algorithms, data integration, information management, predictive analytics and analytics modeling, and data-related information technology
  • Experience with coding skills in various data languages (e.g. R, Python) and proficiency with various, modeling, analytics and data visualization software tools (e.g., R Shiny, PowerBI)

Testers

  • Test management tools on one or more platforms such as Microfocus ALM, Microfocus Octane, Jira & Azure DevOps
  • Experience in the areas of Software Development, Quality Assurance & Testing including automation using Selenium WebDriver, HPQC, SOAP UI, Restful API tools
  • Testing in an MVS/COBOL/DB2 environment
